The mission of the Center for Celestial Navigation is to make learning Celestial Navigation easier and less expensive to anyone who wants to learn it. Our motivation is to empower, educate, and inspire people to learn Celestial Navigation. Our vision is to make Celestial Navigation so easy and so accessible that the number of people who know Celestial Navigation begins to increase instead of decrease. The Center for Celestial Navigation is funded by student payment for classes and books and by financial support from Captain In You Sailing Schools, Inc., Delmarva Sailing School, and Nockamixon Sailing School.
